Salmon Poke Bowl

Bring the beach to your dinner table with this island themed dish!

  • 1 Fillet Cubed Thomet & Co. Salmon
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Lime juice
  • ½ tsp Freshly grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp Green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ cups Steamed white rice
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3 sheets Chopped nori (Can also use Nori Shaker)
  • ½ Cucumber (Cut in thin strips)
  • ½ can Pineapple
  • 1 bag Steamed edamame
  1. Steam your white rice.

  2. Add the cubed salmon to a medium-sized bowl.

  3. In a smaller bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, ginger, green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes, stirring them all together.

  4. Pour the mixture over the salmon and mix it together gently to evenly coat. Cover and chill poke for 15-25 minutes.

  5. Place rice in bowl and add all ingredients on top!

  6. Picture yourself on a beach, feeling those Island Vibes
