We ship our orders once a week on Mondays. All orders come packed with dry ice. If any dry ice is left upon arrival DO NOT handle with bare hands. Use gloves to dispose of contents, or simply dump the dry ice out and it will evaporate. For customers in the Salem area please contact us directly before ordering to avoid shipping costs! We will deliver directly to you.
Fresh flash-frozen and individually vacuum-sealed sockeye salmon filets. Want to know more about our process? Salmon filets weigh on average 1 - 1.5 lbs. Minimum of 5 lbs. Restaurants, food trucks, and caters contact us directly.
Not sure how much to order? Each filet can feed 5 to 8 servings based on the USDA standard of 3 oz per person. On average most people prefer a salmon cut of 6 oz., so expect each of our filets will feed 2 to 4 servings.
Each of our salmon includes half of the belly meat. Never had the belly of the salmon? This part of the fillet is the most oil-rich, making it a delicious delicacy often referred to as salmon bacon. The belly is the salmon fisherman's best-kept secret, simply keep it on the fillet, or slice it out and use it as a sashimi appetizer! It's amazing!
