Salmon Burgers

Protein-packed and delicious, a great substitute for a pescatarian diet.

  • 1.5 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs Worchestershire Sause
  • 1/4 stack Town House original buttery crackers
  • dash Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated)
  • optional egg
  1. Skin salmon

  2. Dice fillet into an almost ground beef consistency

  3. Add all ingredients and mix together by hand, the consistency will be very sticky

  4. Shape into patties and place on medium-high heat in a pan or on the grill

  5.  These don’t take long to cook! Sear under a lid for about 4m on each side or until slightly blackened on each side.

We love to top off the burgers with a little Kinders BBQ Sauce!
