Pre-orders

We accept preorders for the current year’s fishing season, which is from June until August. Thus all pre-order sales are final on August 30, and no refunds will be issued after August 30, .

Purchasing

All fish sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued.

Product damaged upon receiving

At Thomet & Co., making sure you receive your salmon in the best condition is important. Salmon filets should arrive frozen and smoked salmon products should arrive refrigerated. If for some reason your salmon arrives thawed, please contact us with your order number, delivery date, and pictures of the salmon as it arrived. Only cell phone pictures will be accepted because the metadata on your phone can authenticate location and time. please be sure location service is turned on when taking the picture. Thawed salmon is a food safety hazard, so we will issue you a return slip to send it back to us, and once we receive the fish the payment used to purchase the fish will be refunded, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to process.
