Grilled Salmon Sandwich

Perfect for on-the-go lunch! Easy to pack for the trail or on the road!

  • 1 portion Leftover Seared or Pan Fried Salmon
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
  1. Take out leftover salmon, or pan fry salmon portions, or dice raw salmon and mix ingredients in before cooking.

  2. Mash salmon and all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Pan-fry the salmon mix for approx 1-2m on each side. (when using  uncooked salmon, grill 4-5m until slightly browned and hot throughout)

  4. Serve on toasted bread
