Grilled Salmon Sandwich
Perfect for on-the-go lunch! Easy to pack for the trail or on the road!
- 1 portion Leftover Seared or Pan Fried Salmon
- 1 egg
- Pinch salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese

Take out leftover salmon, or pan fry salmon portions, or dice raw salmon and mix ingredients in before cooking.

Mash salmon and all ingredients together in a bowl.

Pan-fry the salmon mix for approx 1-2m on each side. (when using uncooked salmon, grill 4-5m until slightly browned and hot throughout)

Serve on toasted bread
