How it works
Step 1
Levi Thomet fishes on the F/V Balrog from June until August in Bristol Bay Alaska for Sockeye Salmon.
Step 2
All of our salmon is processed the day of catch, vacuum sealed, and flash-frozen until the end of the season.
Step 3
Our salmon is shipped to us in Seattle where we pick it up, pack up boxes, and send delicious salmon your way!
